Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Energnyclear may be returned or exchanged. We aim to handle all returns fairly and transparently.

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging is intact and included
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, written in, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products returned after the 14-day return window

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us with details and photos of the issue, and we will resolve it promptly.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
